Announcement of suspension of sales of explosives precursors to EU countries and the UK
Regulation (EU) 2019/1148 takes effect on February 01,2021 and pursuant to its requirements relating to explosive precursors, Alibaba.com will prohibit the sale or distribution of any explosives precursors or products contain explosives precursors into EU countries and the U.K.
Sellers can continue to fulfill orders already in transit for sale to EU countries and the UK, respectively. The measures in this announcement took effect on February 4, 2021.
Alibaba continues to follow the rules and laws in different countries and adjust the site’s policies accordingly.
